PEOPLE'S PROTESTS STORM WTO MINISTERIAL IN HONGKONG

In solidarity with other oppressed nations and allies, Cordillera leaders marched day and night to protest the WTO 6th Ministerial, which in essence was a failure.

Indigenous leaders from the Cordillera region lead one of the marches with gong-playing. Inset are representatives of Apit Tako, Migrante Cordillera, Innabuyog and the Cordillera Peoples Alliance. A press conference was held in Baguio City for the local media on December 21.
