Production of reading materials on major updates and development
in the Cordillera every six months for public education and information.
• Production of popular education materials for indigenous communities
(in Ilocano) on the right of indigenous peoples
and related issues, and on national and international issues and concerns.
• Holding of education
seminars for member organizations and others.
• Development of participatory
and appropriate training modules.
• Development of a pool
of educators and trainors, through educators’
and trainors’ training, as well as through
“on the job” training and actual practice.
• Implementation of training
programs for building and strengthening CPA
chapters and allied sectoral federations
for local leaders’ development, such as
speakers training, mass leaders training, training for campaign and
alliance work, organizational management and leadership, and community
workshops for planning and capacity building of member organizations.
